Join Our Warehouse Team!
We're looking for hands-on, motivated people to help keep things moving in our warehouse. As a warehouse operative, you'll be at the heart of our operation, making sure customer orders are picked, packed, and ready to ship.
You'll work with a team of experienced colleagues, taking on a variety of tasks like moving stock, checking for damage, and keeping inventory accurate. Whether you're handling products, flagging any issues, or helping store items properly, your role will be essential in getting things right for our customers.
Our warehouse is divided into several sections, and you may be assigned to work in any of them. While we aim to support you in becoming an expert in one area, we will also provide training across other sections to ensure you can contribute to delivering the best service for our customers.
Our business hours are Monday to Friday.
On a daily basis, you can expect to:
• Handle and prepare products for sale, including picking, labelling, and packing them efficiently.
• Prepare goods and spray paint them to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Count, control stock, and handle returns to maintain accuracy.
• Use forklifts, pallet trucks, barcode scanners, and other warehouse tools.
• Safely lift and move items throughout the warehouse.
• Book and coordinate collections with couriers.
• Collaborate with other teams and provide support when needed.
• Move between different locations on-site as required.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and colleagues while delivering excellent service.

IT literate and confident using most MS Office applications, you’ll have a problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You thrive under pressure, staying organised while prioritising tasks and addressing reactive issues quickly and effectively.
It would be desirable to have experience in a similar role in your current or previous job or can demonstrate these skills, personal qualities and experience that equip you to take on the role.
