Role: CNC Production Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Desborough

Hours: 22:00 – 06:00 Monday to Friday

Temp to Perm

Weekly paid

Salary: £16.81 per hour paid weekly - £32,775 pa including Shift Allowance

Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated leader with a hands on approach to work in our client’s facility in Desborough as a CNC Production Warehouse Supervisor, to process wooden components into high-quality finished products. Your role involves operating CNC machinery and woodworking equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and also supervise a small team of operatives.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be proficient in operating machinery, and possess a strong commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process wooden components using CNC and woodworking machinery.


• Identify and rectify poor quality work.


• Collaborate with team members to meet output requirements.


• Adhere to time guidelines and safety protocols.


• Maintain excellent service for customers.

About you:

• Qualifications: O level or GCSE in English & Mathematics (essential), woodwork or technology (desirable).


• Experience: Woodwork machinery operation, data input accuracy, warehouse environment.


• Skills: Proficient in woodworking machinery, CNC equipment, PC software, and hand tools.


• Aptitudes: High standards of quality and safety, physical fitness, clear communication, flexibility.
