A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Factory Manager to join a great manufacturing faculty in East Yorkshire. Reporting into the Production Manager, this is a permanent position offering  a highly  competitive salary, excellent benefits and an early finish on a Friday

The successful Factory Manager will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and optimising resources across several factories


• Managing effective & efficient production processes and operations


• Setting up, maintaining & driving delivery of the production plan in each factory


• Ensuring production teams are working to latest standards


• Working with other departments to ensure materials and sub-contractors are available


• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and procedures


• Monitoring, managing and controlling of each factory

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience of working in a similar role, ideally from within the modular homes sector . Experience of M&E Systems is essential to ensure works are completed to the necessary standards and you must have a strong understanding of production management principles. You should have strong leadership and negotiation  skills and excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. You must  also have an analytical mindset iwith a focus on data-driven decision-making. This is the opportunity to join  a great business at an exciting time of growth

This role offers an attractive salary £50,000 - £60,000  and excellent benefits. Working  hours are Mon-Thurs 7am-4 30pm and an early finish 2 30pm on a Friday  and the business is commutable from is commutable from  Hull, Driffield, York, Beverley, Scarborough  and surrounding areas.
