New World Foods Ltd is searching for motivated Production Machine Operators to join our well-established team. If you're someone who’s eager to learn, driven to meet goals, and ready to contribute to a company that supports your professional development, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a crucial role in our production process. You'll be responsible for running our bagging machines, ensuring we meet daily targets, and performing regular quality checks to maintain the highest standards in food safety and health & safety. Your efforts will help us deliver top-quality products while working in a collaborative team environment.

We offer competitive pay  with additional shift allowance for PM shifts. Overtime is available, giving you the chance to boost your earnings.

Our shifts rotate every two weeks between 6:00am – 2:00pm and 2:00pm – 10:00pm, so having your own transport is essential due to our rural location.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a 40-hour contract, offering stability and opportunities to advance.

What we are looking for:

• Good literacy, numeracy skills
• A reliable, enthusiastic team player.
• Good communication skills and an open, honest approach.
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage individual workload.
• Experience of working with machinery in manufacturing/on production lines 
• Display a positive work ethic and ‘can do’ attitude.
• Attention to detail, and flexible in duties.
• A proven attendance and timekeeping record.
• Desirable previous experience gained in a factory environment. However, further training will be provided

If you have at least 2 years of experience with bagging or pouch machine operations and a valid driving license, we want to meet you!
