What you can expect as a Machine Operative at AMFRESH:



  • Advocate for good working practices, ensure the smooth running of your production line, and liaise with the Line Leader to strive for great results.

  • Work directly with Line Leaders and Managers to suggest better efficiency of the machine, maintain production speed, report machine faults, and encourage Production Operatives to follow best working practices.

  • Play a key part in motivating colleagues by fostering a safe space where your team is comfortable providing feedback and suggesting fresh ideas to improve production.

  • Set exemplary health and safety standards by maintaining a clean and safe environment during your shift which can be confidentially handed over to the next.

  • Be a champion for the freshness of AMFRESH products by identifying the safety and quality of the products we provide to our customers daily.
