Position: Production Line Operative

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Production Line Operative to join our team on a full-time basis. The Production Line Operative will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the production line, and meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor production line for any issues or malfunctions and report them to the supervisor
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with machine set-up and changeovers
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues
- Complete production reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets

Fixed Day shift
7:30 am till 4pm Mon to Thursday
Friday early finish! 7:30am till 1pm
Starting wage £11.44 per hour
Pay structures set up for pay increase to £12.44 per hour after continued service.
*Good place to work, clean and tidy environment , no hats or hairnets required!!!!
