📱 About Us

We are Mous. (Pronounced mouse, not moose.) Our vision is for everyone to live better with technology. With an in-house team of expert product engineers and designers, we’re constantly evolving in a rapidly changing market. We make high-performance tech accessories and innovative product ecosystems, crafted with purpose, and demonstrate their value through impactful content. We believe in show, not tell, so we produce extreme content to prove what our products can do, including throwing phones from helicopters, cranes and even the roof at Google HQ in California.

We started by designing a phone case that focused on high performance, optimal functionality and considered style. We have since expanded our product range to include ecosystems of MagSafe® compatible magnetic accessories, mechanical mounts for content creation and bikes, ultra-fast wireless chargers and backpacks that all adhere to these principles.

Our products are for risk-takers and thrill-seekers as well as tech-lovers and city dwellers. We create solutions to the problems that come from busy lives and outlandish adventures. No matter what your everyday life looks like you can trust our products to expand the experiences you have with the tech you use the most.

👋 About You

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to help us review our current logistics process and courier offering during a 6 month fixed term contract. We’re looking for someone who has strong project management skills, is confident owning the end to end of a project, as well as doing all the hard work in between!

Reporting to our Finance & Operations Director, you’ll be joining our agile and talented Finance & Operations  team. We love problem solvers and showing initiative and a keenness to deliver results will be key to success in this role. We’ll be asking you to hit the ground running, learning the ins and outs of our current Logistics and Supply Chain functions, getting to grips with our ERP system; inventory flow and inventory requirements so you can develop a detailed understanding of these to ultimately deliver efficiencies within the Logistics processes and courier offering.

With our offices in London and our warehouse in Milton Keynes, this role would suit someone who is happy with a remote or hybrid working environment. You would be working mostly from home, with a few visits to our office in London during the contract and willingness to travel to our warehouse or to meetings with our various couriers across the country. We are also open to someone doing this role on a part time basis.

Here’s the role in a nutshell:

    • Conduct a thorough analysis of our existing warehouse logistics and courier services, including processes, workflows, and technology systems and identify key performance indicators and metrics to assess the effectiveness of current operations.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including 3PL warehouse team, UK & China operations, and customer service, to gather insights and understand pain points in the current logistics and courier processes.
    • Develop a strategic plan for optimizing warehouse logistics and courier services, outlining clear objectives and performance benchmarks.
    • Propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall service quality. Then oversee the implementation of approved improvements, coordinating with relevant teams and stakeholders.
    • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to streamline warehouse and courier operations.
    • Implement technological advancements to enhance tracking, reporting, and overall efficiency.
    • Establish a robust system for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.

It's always been an exciting time to join Mous, but now so more than ever. Here's what we have in mind:

    • You’ll have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • You’ll have proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the international / logistics industry.
    • You have strong analytical, negotiation, and contract review skills.
    • You’ll be familiar with logistics and supply chain management software.
    • Your interpersonal skills will be excellent and you’re able to work independently as well as part of an effective team.
    • You’ll have experience with appropriate planning tools, including: MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel
    • You’ll love being detail-oriented with a focus on achieving project milestones and deadlines.
    • You’re a keen self-starter who is proactive and works on your own initiative
