Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a full-time, permanent Warehouse Administrator to join our team in


Sherburn In Elmet (LS25 6PT). Your primary goal will be to ensure that all things logistics are coordinated on site!


 


This is full-time, permanent position, you will be working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday between 08:00 – 16:30.

What you’ll do on a typical day:


 



  • To ensure that the operation runs smoothly and efficiently by providing support for the operational team

  • Ensure operational queries are dealt with promptly and any serious issues are escalated

  • Make sure that communication flows quickly and appropriately between warehouse, transport, administrative and maintenance functions

  • Understanding of Health & Safety legislative requirements in warehouse and transport operations


 


What you need to succeed at GXO:



  • Competent user of the Microsoft Package-Specifically Outlook, MS excel and MS word

  • Experience using DLX and Warehouse management systems

  • Experience of working within a fast past environment

  • The ability to work as part of a team and the ability to use own initiative and organise own workload 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
