Here at GXO we are looking for a Warehouse administrator to join our team, working on the NHS contract based at our Crick site (NN6 7GZ )

 

You will be working 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday shifts of 09:00 -17:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Dealing with all inbound warehouse administration
  • You will take responsibility to ensure that all administrative duties are carried out to a high level of accuracy and be ale to organise your workload
  • Dealing with all emails within a time scale
  • Ensure that reasonable care is taken at all times for the health, safety and welfare of yourself and other persons and to comply with the GXO policies and procedures relating to health and safety within the Company
  • Meticulous record keeping and accurate data entry

 

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Administrative experience preferably within a logistics environment
  • Computer literate (strong Excel, Word & Email)
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with great attention to detail
  • Be able to work cohesively and well with others
