Description

As a Warehouse Administrator you will utilize your logistics expertise in a manufacturing environment. You will assist in the execution of supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third-party warehousing.


In addition, you will follow standard work and operating procedures to ensure those duties are fulfilled and goals are met and execute the standard procedures and assist the Logistics team to fulfill tasks. You will also assist to drive a continuous improvement culture on the logistics process and help to build a Customer Satisfaction and Service culture at all times.


JOB DUTIES:



  • Import-export

  • Dealing with 'Goods In'

  • Adhering to Health & Safety standards

  • Administrative tasks

  • Packing and moving goods

  • Product shipment

  • Check and fill the related documents - with attention to detail

  • Provide a sales report and another relevant report

  • Work towards KPIs


 


YOU MUST HAVE:



  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative or Logistics

  • Have a strong work ethic and initiative to learn processes
