Overview


We have a great opportunity for Warehouse Administrators to join our growing team at Rockingham, Corby as part of our eFulfilment facility, the Web.


These are new roles with an initial focus onboarding a large new operation to the Web. The salary level for this role is £23,500 per annum, plus shift premiums where applicable.


Shifts are any 5 from 7 and rotating 06.00am – 14.00pm / 14.00pm – 22.00pm.


How will you contribute?



  • Provide general administration support as required to aid the efficient running of operations. 

  • To keep accurate records of pallets to avoid financial exposure and inability. 

  • Proactively manage all stock movement documentation, in line with agreed process and procedures. 

  • To update the systems with relevant data, because of operational /pallet transactions. 

  • To liaise with customers, haulier’s and internal customers on all issues relating to the operation. 

  • Maintain WMS database and schedules with no effect to the service levels and stock integrity. 

  • To ensure all handling of finished products comply with Legislative, Company & Customer requirements with respect to Food Safety, thus ensuring that all products, packaging and processes meet these requirements. 

  • Escalate to the Warehouse Management Team any issues that are likely to affect the performance of the department, site or relationship with the customer. 

  • To attend training courses when required. 

  • To comply with Quality, Health and Safety procedures and to ensure a safe working environment for self and others. 

  • Any other duties considered necessary to fulfil the role. To be responsible for the Health and Safety of themselves and other operatives by adhering to safe working practices. 


What will you bring?



  • Effective communication skills at all levels of internal and external customers 

  • Must be IT literate – Microsoft packages including Excel to an intermediate level 

  • Motivated to be able to work under pressure and the ability to meet critical timeliness targets. 

  • Highly flexible, committed and willing to carry out varied tasks positively. 

  • Possess accuracy skills and ability to carry out tasks with attention to detail ensuring work is error free first time. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. 

  • Familiarisation with Manhattan WMS is preferable but not essential. 

  • Ability to demonstrate commitment, enthusiasm and flexibility governed by the position
