A brilliant opportunity to join a local organisation, which operates on an international level and specialises in the innovative design, manufacture, supply and installation of energy efficient Compressed Air Purification Equipment.
Job Summary
As a warehouse operative you will be responsible for dealing with goods that come into the warehouse and stores and assist with the handling and despatch of all stock. You will provide a cohesive and efficient warehouse/stores service to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles
- Goods in – quality checking deliveries and booking in goods onto the stock control system
- Unpacking and placing all delivered stock items into their designated areas
- Reporting any missing stock or variances within the stock control system to the Warehouse Manager
- Preparing, Labelling and rebranding stock items
- Shrink wrapping and palletising goods for despatch
- To assist in the handling and dispatch of all stock (some jobs include delivering)
- Administering all paperwork and delivery notes as per defined procedures
- Some driving as and when required
Basic Qualifications
- Driving license
- FLT License desirable

Fully site based
Key Competencies
- Previous experience of working in a warehouse/stores environment
- An understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent administration, written and communication skills
Good IT Skills
- A high level of organisational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as a team player to tight deadlines
