We are currently recruiting for full-timepermanentWarehouse Operatives to join us at our team in Swindon (SN3), supporting our customer, Iceland Foods. From receiving and storing products to picking, packing, and dispatching orders you will be involved in all aspects of our warehouse operations.

 

We’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us on an ‘any 5 days out of 7’ pattern. Working on rotating shift, covering the hours of 07:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 23:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Our Warehouse Operatives work in the ambient chamber – this is a great way to learn all about our business and how we support the wider supply chain
  • Receive, put-away, pick or load goods using a modern wireless warehouse system including a voice picking system as well as driving small LLOP trucks
  • Support in the loading and unloading of vehicles

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
  • Good communication skills and be hardworking
  • A willingness to learn new skills
  • A positive attitude to working safely and as part of a team
