As a Warehouse Operative based in our Logistics Center in Northampton, you’ll become part of a large friendly team that strives to provide our customers with the highest quality of service. You’ll work alongside like minded sporty people, where your overall objective is to help our customers receive their sporting products at the right time. You’ll work closely with your teammates to increase our efficiency by reducing lead times and boosting quality control; all in a fun, friendly and fast paced environment.

What’s involved?

Goods reception: You will help to receive and quality assure sporting goods from our European centers.

Inventory: To ensure our customers have full visibility on our stock levels, you’ll make every effort to achieve 100% stock accuracy. Don’t worry though, we have the latest technology to help you count it!

Processing orders: Whether you’re preparing orders for our online customers or for our UK stores, you’ll work with your teammates to ensure that every product arrives in the right place at the right time.

Playing sport: During meetings, lunch breaks or after work you’ll have the opportunity to play sport (if you want to). Our Logistics Center can be a very fast paced environment, so there is no better way to let off steam and relax during your shift!

Additional Information:
The Warehouse operates in three different shift rotations: morning, afternoon and evening. Therefore, we will require people who can be flexible to work these shift times. The Logistics Center is open from 6am until 9:30pm, 7 days a week.
COVID precautions are fully in place to ensure a safe working environment. You’ll be provided with full PPE equipment and hand washing facilities. Strict social distancing measures are also in place to maximise the safety of our teammates during these difficult times.

Contracts: Full-time or Part-time
Part-time salary: £9.34 per hour
Full time (30 -39hrs per week) salary : £14,500 - 18,900 per annum
