Warehouse Operative Reach Truck Driver

Newly increased pay rates 

£32,432 per annum (£13.86 per hour) inc. shift pay plus a great range of benefits

To join in this role, you will have experience of using a reach fork-lift truck and will have either an in-house, or externally accredited licence. You’ll also have the enthusiasm to learn, and the desire to do a great job! In the role of a Warehouse Operative Reach Truck Driver at our Reading depot you’ll pick, pack, and check the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, ready for our drivers to deliver. It starts with a full induction, but with our backing and optional accredited training that includes first aid and even HGV driving, there’s no limit to your potential. And, once you’re in, there are plenty of opportunities to move shifts, move roles and move up – if that’s what you want to do.  

You will enjoy working with others, have an eye for detail and be comfortable in a cool environment (we’ll provide a free thermal uniform to keep you warm). You also need to be able to lift weights of up to 25kg and ideally have your own transport to get here.
