40 hours per week. Working on the night shift, starting at 10pm and finishing at 6am on a Sunday to Thursday basis however flexibility required to work outside of these hours to suit business needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to join CMBC Bedford, as we expand to a NEW site after procuring new accounts and strengthening our logistics network. We are now recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Manager to join us. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role will be responsible for:

Key Accountabilities:

• Providing skills required to deliver to our customers on time and in full
• Providing a high quality service to suit customers’ needs
• Working closely with the transport and office teams to ensure a smooth running of operations and meeting overall site objectives
• Supervising a team of operatives on the night shift
• Holding health and safety at the forefront of all warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times

Experience and Key Attributes:

• IT Literate with experience using MS Office and SAP.
• Experience managing or supervising a warehouse team
• Experience working in a warehouse for an FMCG
• Manual Handling
• Customer Service
