Description

The WEB at Rockingham, is our new 528,000 sq.ft shared user facility, designed to deliver highly automated end-to-end eFulfilment services to multiple customers. We are looking for a Warehouse Stock Operative with the goal of processing incoming stock through the warehouse management system and supporting the Management team in with shift scheduling and payroll. Full training of Warehouse Management systems, payroll and scheduling systems will be provided.
Location: The Web, Rockingham – Corby, Northamptonshire
Hours: Any 5 of 7 days, 2 weeks of 6am to 2pm or 2-10pm
Salary:£26,104 pa


What we need: 



  • To keep accurate records of stock to avoid financial exposure and inability.

  • Completion of cycle counting, stock discrepancy investigations, and other associated stock routines as required to ensure accuracy of the stock file.

  • To liaise with customers, hauliers and internal customers on operational progress

  • Maintain WMS shift schedules effectively.

  • Manage a team, completing tasks such as payroll in the absence of a Manager.     


What will you bring? 



  • Effective communication skills at all levels of internal & external customers 

  • Possess accuracy skills and ability to carry out tasks with attention to detail ensuring work is error free first time.

  • Must be PC literate – Microsoft packages including Excel to an intermediate level 

  • Ability to communicate at all levels in both written and verbal forms.
