DescriptionAqua Cure, a leading manufacturer and distributor in the water treatment industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient and effective management of inventory.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, including their daily assignments, scheduling, and performance evaluations. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising warehouse staff and ensuring that they fulfill their duties effectively
- Coordinating with other departments to gather information and resolve any issues related to inventory and order fulfillment
- Maintaining accurate inventory record and conducting regular stock counts
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements - Prior experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems effectively
