Salary: Training will be paid at a competitive rate. The successful candidate will then move to piece work on completion of their training.

About the Role:

​

As a Creel Factory Operative, you will be involved in all aspects of creel building, creating a premium selection of creels designed for effective and sustainable fishing. Our product range includes high-quality lobster, crab, and prawn creels, all crafted by our specialist team at our Stornoway Factory. This role offers flexibility around your existing commitments and schedule if required.
