THE ROLE

The Ecommerce Fulfilment and Stock Supervisor will be mature, responsible, and highly organised, and lead a dedicated team of Ecommerce Fulfilment and Stock Assistants to fulfil all ecommerce operations (including all orders and returns) and to process all ecommerce warehouse stock deliveries in and inter-store transfers. Reporting into the Ecommerce Trade & Merchandising Supervisor, this role is perfect for someone with ecommerce fulfilment/stock room experience who likes a fast-paced work environment and will work well with a digital team tasked with going above and beyond to please customers. Each day is highly structured with key operating requirements, so this successful candidate will enjoy structure and order. As you will be responsible for all parcels and transfers that the team dispatches, you must be able to lead and oversee effectively and take pride in performing the job to a high standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES

So, what will I be doing every day?

  • Leading the team in daily order dispatches including pre-dispatch checks, identifying the source stock location, managing stock transfer requests, and steaming/packaging all orders perfectly in line with company procedures and standards
  • Issuing daily ecommerce stock transfer requests/receipts in line with company procedures and standards
  • Ensuring that all press and influencer parcels and returns are dispatched correctly and on time
  • Coordinating all returns/refunds with the customer service team on a timely basis
  • ​Leading the team in weekly stock processing requirements including receiving in weekly stock deliveries, processing regular in and outbound stock transfers, and resolving stock receipt/dispatch discrepancies  in line with standards and procedures 
  • Leading the team to achieve all department KPIs and reporting on fulfilment activity in regular reporting
  • Upholding the ecommerce warehouse maintenance standards, ensuring that the fulfilment, stock and goods receivables areas are clean and organised and that all supplies packaging levels are maintained in line with company procedures
  • ​Supporting management with team training and development

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years’ experience in a senior ecommerce fulfilment/stockroom role is required, preferably in clothing-related fashion. Retail experience is a bonus.
  • Organised with good attention to detail and extremely efficient picking and packing
  • Calm, efficient and full of enthusiasm, even on the busiest of days
  • Mature and responsible with effective leadership skills to hold team members accountable for completing all assigned tasks
