Factory Supervisor (Day Shift)

Skin + Me is a mission driven start-up with seriously big skin goals.

We’re looking for a Factory Supervisor to join our Operations Team at Skin + Me. This is a full time role working on a shift pattern and is based at our Facility in Park Royal, London.

What you'll do:

• Supervise factory production and a team of around 10-30 operators on a day-to-day basis
• Motivate, lead and direct a growing team of operators
• Do what it takes to ensure production success. From working on the line, to training new staff and improving our processes
• Manage the workflow in the factory including: goods in, manufacturing, packing stations and dispatch
• Maintain stock accuracy through regular stock audits and day to day controls 
• KPI monitoring and attendance reporting
• Keep up with a constantly changing work environment as the business scales
• Work on a flexible shift basis 
• Report directly to the Operations Manager 

Who you are:

These are the skills we’re looking for. Even if you don’t tick every box, but feel you’re right for us, we’d still love to hear from you. 

• Production line experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing teams of operators
• An ability to understand, use and discuss data e.g. KPIs
• Experience in a high pressured, fast moving environment
• Initiative coupled with an ability and drive to problem solve and implement solutions
• A good standard of reading, writing and numeracy required, FLT and IT experience would be an advantage
• A passion and obsession with delivering exceptional customer experience
• On the job training will be given
