We have multiple opportunities in Humdinger. such as Hygiene Operative, Machine Minder (Nights), Line Leader.

Hygiene Operative:

We are looking for someone with Hygiene Operative experience, who can maintain high standards of cleaning and housekeeping preferably with experience within a food manufacturer environment, however full training will be given. 

Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday - Saturday (3 on 4 off), 06:00 - 18:00

Hourly pay: £11.74

Machine Minder (Nights):

We are looking for Machine Minders to join the team here at Humdinger in Heckington. You will be responsible for the Optimised running of a single VFFS (Vertical Form Fill & Seal) bagging machine and multi-head filler. Improving efficiencies and meeting all operational targets. 

Hours: Monday - Friday, 22:00 - 06:00

Hourly Pay: £13.17

Breaks: x2 20 minute paid breaks

Line Leader:

As a Line Leader at Humdinger, you will work in the production packing area  to ensure that our products are packed and delivered to our customers correctly.

We are seeking enthusiastic people who are interested in working in a production role with the goal to develop their skills to become future Line Leaders. We provide full training to become a fully trained Line Leader, helping you gain skills and experience to succeed in the role!

Hours: Monday - Friday and rotate each week between 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm shifts.

Hourly Pay: £11.48 per hour 

Hygiene Operative:

• Previous experience within a hygiene role
• Previously worked with chemicals
• Previously worked at height

Machine Minder (Nights):

• Working experience within an FMCG environment (ideally Food)
• Basic mechanical skills
• Level 2 Food Safety

Line Leader:

• Good attention to detail - you will be checking paperwork and product information
• Confident computer skills - you will need to use an ipad to input data 
• Communication and team work skills - you will work in a bigger team helping to ensure we meet daily production targets in a safe and efficient way
