Lead Unloader

WAREHOUSE LEAD NEEDED

Position: Working Lead

Pay: Up to $150 per day

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Location: Suffolk, VA

Job Details:

We take pride in our excellent working conditions and superior services provided. As a Working Lead, you will be expected to be in constant professional communication with customer management and unloaders/lumpers. Your primary role as Working Lead will be maintaining order and continued production on the floor throughout the day. It is necessary that you be the first and last on site each day, reliable transportation for this role is preferred.

Responsibilities:

-Start day by passing out the loads and getting the lumpers assigned to their loads

-Lead will be responsible for preshift/end of shift recaps

-Entry of all loads into lumperlink for all contractors to bid on in real time.

Required:

- Must be 18+

- Previous Warehouse Lead Experience Required

- Previous Lead or relatable experience preferred
