Machine Operator/Storeman/Driver

NOV are looking for a MACHINE OPERATOR/STOREMAN/DRIVER to carry out various labouring and housekeeping duties within our production and stores facility, working to SOP’s and Health and Safety policies and reporting directly to General Manager.

• Operating, Running, and basic setups of CNC Machines for plastic part manufacture


• QC checks on parts being manufactured checks against supplied test gauges


• Sales order picking and checking orders picked by other team members


• Checking in deliveries from intercompany and 3rd party suppliers


• Maintenance and servicing of our Rhino THS lifting system in preparation of rentals 


• Monthly stock counts


• Use of a bailing machine for recycling raw material from production processes


• Local multi-drop deliveries Aberdeen area


• General Housekeeping/cleaning and disposal of landfill and recyclables to correct FEL skips


• Forklift operations up to 1.5t for external and internal operations on site area


• Spray painting of refurbished and newly built Rhino racks


• Preparation of Rhino-Rack rentals including shrink wrapping and bundling of pallets ready for shipping


• Some Administration tasks include – check sheets for picking orders, sign off of stock count sheets, HSE observations & competition of daily production WO sheets including blank usage and rejected part reporting.
