Description

 This opportunity is on WK 2 Nights, the hours for the position will be 18:30pm to 6:30am. 


NB: You will be required to upload a copy of your CV to your application and shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short on-line video interview as part of the application process, selected candidates will then be invited to Face-to-Face practical assessment on site.

What you’ll do


Your key accountabilities will include 



  • Providing support to new colleagues following their initial process training using the process materials provided

  • Carrying out audits providing constructive feedback to colleagues

  • Update the Operational Excellence Team Manager on the progress of new colleagues using Learning Curve data

  • Providing on the job support to existing colleagues based on Learning Curve data and individual development needs

  • Support the ongoing maintenance of the Red Pilot training matrix

Your skills and experience will include 



  • Experience providing support and coaching to others 

  • Experience giving feedback to others in a positive and constructive way

  • Confident and engaging communicator

  • The ability to listen to others and understand their point of view

  • Ability to follow structured processes to deliver a high standard of coaching
