We have been operating in secrecy since 2017, in this time we have designed, manufactured and tested multiple prototypes, with the aim of finding the perfect eVTOL solution. Due to recent success we need to expand the team and increase our operations to hit our next milestone.
In order to assist with this growth, we are currently searching for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. In this position, you will play a massive role in the implementing of a new and improved quality management framework. There will be a requirement that you will lead ensuring that regulatory compliance is maintained and organised across our Production & Design organisation.
You will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our aerospace technology. This project is incredibly unique and cutting-edge, and we need the best of the best to make it happen.

Responsibilities
- Establish & Maintain our independent safety quality management system to monitor compliance in accordance with relevant Aviation standards.
- Implement a quality audit programme in which all Operational, Maintenance, Flight Training, Design, Production and Continuing Airworthiness procedures are reviewed at regular intervals in relation to each type of aircraft maintained and to bring any non-conformance or poor standards to the attention of the person concerned.
- Conduct supplier Audits.
- Follow up and closure of any non-conformance.
- Responsible for the implementation, development and oversight of compliance policies and procedures.
- Liaison with external agencies (regulators, clients, suppliers) with respect to compliance issues.
Qualifications:
- A qualified auditor.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
- In-depth knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001 and EASA/FAA regulations.
- Understanding of business management principles.
- Attention to detail.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in an engineering or technology based subject.
- Experience leading a quality assurance function.
- 5+ years in the Aerospace industry.
