Our clients include many of the top hospital consultants/consultant groups, including surgeons. physicians, anaesthetists, radiologists, and pathologists from all major hospitals throughout Ireland and the UK.




Role Overview:


We are searching for an experienced Quality Manager to assess and transform the processes used in Medservs UK Billing Operation with the aim of enhancing client satisfaction and the business's overall operational effectiveness.Β In this role, you will analyse current practices and quality data from various systems and work areas, using the information to define and embed an effective quality management system. As the business implements various accredited standards you will drive, or support, the implementations with your technical knowledge of ISO9001/14001/27001, thereafter ensuring conformance to requirements.Β To ensure success in the role, you will be a skilled and persuasive communicator, adept at business analysis and with the personal strength and experience to drive transformation in a fast-paced high growth SME environment.Β Your experience of what good looks like in financial services will you help you quickly identify and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and productivity.




Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Improve client satisfaction through reduction of operational issues

  • Define & implement the Medserv UK Quality Management System

  • Define & implement the Medserv UK Document Management System (SharePoint)

  • Lead and implement ISO9001 within agreed timeframes

  • Support leads on ISO27001/14001 implementations

  • Liaise closely with operations & client-facing teams to ensure any issues are completely resolved for clients with attention to both corrective & preventive actions.

  • Mentor and develop Business Managers with respect to management of quality

  • Ensure conformance with various accreditations

  • Identify risks & opportunities in the business related to client satisfaction.




Requirements:



  • Knows what good looks like in financial services

  • Prior experience in the transformation of systems & culture in SME high-growth environments

  • Working knowledge ISO9001/14001/270001 standards, implementation & audit experience, ideally a trained/accredited or lead auditor

  • Well-versed in lean process optimization, possessing a deep understanding of lean principles

  • A practical and empathetic approach toward the challenges faced by Operations teams, adept at leading and inspiring others throughout the journey

  • Persuasive - while you will not initially have direct reports, you must be capable of driving/influencing change with other managers/teams

  • Excellent MS Excel (Pivot tables, Analysis of large data sets, Statistics etc)

  • Experience in Sharepoint creation & administration

  • Business Intelligence Reporting/Management Information Reporting experience (Derivation of KPIs etc)

  • Understanding and use of Relational Databases (SQL/ODBC/Access etc) is desirable

  • Degree or MSc level education in a related field or significant experience in a similar role

Additional Info:



  • This is a full-time role - Monday to Friday (9 am-5 pm)

  • All offers of employment are subject to a valid work permit

  • Regular travel to group locations

  • Predominantly office based initially, hybrid possible later on
