Refuse Loaders

iSupply Scotland is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client covering refuse collections in the Dumfries, Annandale and Stewartry regions.

The role will involve carrying out refuse collections and food waste collections. Our client operates Monday to Friday, and their requirements will be on any of those days dependent on staffing levels (holidays and sickness). Staff must be motivated, have a good level of physical fitness and have a positive attitude towards their work due to working as part of a team and having occasional dealings with the general public.

Start times can vary between 6am and 730am dependent on the route your team would be undertaking, so applicants must be available to work early starts.

Prior to undertaking work, 2 days essential training (unpaid) is required to take place. This will involve health and safety and practical loading training, to ensure that all colleagues are certified to work prior to start date.

Drug and Alcohol testing will be carried out as part of the process. Any failure to provide test samples or any positive results, will result in a termination of employment.

Successful candidates will be met by the iSupply team, and full PPE provided prior to start date.

Weekly pay at £11.44 per hour.
