Job Description


Role: Senior Warehouse Partner 
Hours: AM Shifts available between 06:00am -14:00pm including weekend working.
Pay: £14.18 per hour


Duties and Responsibilities:


As Partners - members of the Partnership - it's our responsibility to ensure our success for the future. We proactively seek out opportunities to continuously improve the way we work, taking action to ensure the Partnership is efficient and we are all as productive as possible. It's an ethos each and every Partner works by and you'll carry into your own role too.


In addition to the main Warehouse Partner Job Description, Senior Warehouse Partners will also be responsible for performing the roles and responsibilities as detailed below.


Job Requirements:

  • Able to motivate Partners to deliver day to day standards.

  • Able to identify issues and provide solutions.

  • Is confident with managing under pressure and in challenging circumstances.

  • Creates solutions, makes recommendations and gets buy-in to deliver those.

  • Sees things through the eyes of the customer.

  • Is observant with an attention to detail.

  • Uses initiative.

  • Builds rapport with Partners, customers and visitors.


Required essential experience skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in working in a Warehouse environment.

  • Mechanical Handling equipment experience.
