Wayfair we are offering a Level 2 Apprenticeship program to give you the knowledge and experience you need to start a career working in Supply Chain & Logistics.
We are a national global organisation and throughout the Apprenticeship you'll get hands-on experience whilst you earn, as well as learn essential skills through an academic study program. We will provide you with full support throughout, and help you find the career path that suits you best, within the business.
Requirements
During the Apprenticeship, you will move through rotations around our Warehouse and Home Delivery Operations, learning about the different roles and functions of Wayfair's Supply Chain. You will gain practical, hands-on experience.
Some of the duties to be covered will be the following;
- Packing goods
- Picking goods for customer orders
- Using machinery once trained to do so, always following strict Health and Safety guidance
- Assisting other team members
- Communicating with customers
