Warehouse and Fleet Support

• Ensuring that all goods that are loaded or unloaded match the relevant paperwork and are processed correctly
  


• Delivering equipment when required
  


• Picking and packing of equipment in the warehouse and ensuring 100% accuracy
  


• Dispatch of goods via external carrier network
  


• Participating in stock control and stock takes
  


• Maintain efficient returns procedure for equipment
  


• Review & process pick lists and delivery notes
  


• Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules, and schedules
  

• Manage and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports, making sure that all deadlines are met.
  


• Organise and manage all contract ending inspections
  


• Fleet Induction to new starters
  


• Distribute all penalty notices, to the relevant parties concerned.
  


• Support company vehicle driver’s with Fleet Policy & Procedures
  


• Issue & Return of company vehicles
  


• Arranging hire vehicles, servicing of vehicles & tyre repairs & replacements
  


• Ensure fleet records are kept up to date
  

Requirements

• FLT licence (desirable, not essential)
  


• Driving licence
  


• Attention to detail
  


• Teamwork and collaboration

• Work quickly and accurately to meet deadlines
  


• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
  


• Competent at driving cars & light commercial vehicles (Up to 3.5T)
