Warehouse, Dispatch & Quality Operative
Our site in St Albans is currently recruiting for a Warehouse, Dispatch & Quality Operative to join their team.
The Opportunity:
The aim of this role is to ensure the right parts are stored and organised effectively and that parts are then delivered on time in full (OTIF), to the right customer at the right cost and to the quality expected as this is the final stage of quality control within our business.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Receive goods in from Suppliers check quality and appearance all match our inventory and add to stock control systems and databases
• Light stripping of engines to prep for workshop fitment
• Ensure all parts are physically located in the appropriate stores location and the database updated accordingly
• Use a SYNETIQ vehicle to help complete vehicle returns with our driver Team.
• Ensure the stock taking process is followed and up to date, stock movements are processed
• Ensure returned parts are processed correctly and added to database
• Work closely with our St Albans Sales & Workshop Teams to assist in all operational requirements
• Valet customers cars once ready for return
Here's what you bring:
• Experience of working in a similar environment
• 1.5 tonne Counter-balance License
• Applicant must hold FULL UK driving license
• Safety Awareness in Manual Handling
• Ability to visually identify common faults
• Lift and handle heavy weights in a safe manner
• Work outdoors in all weather if required
This role is subject to a satisfactory DBS, Finance, Right to work and reference checks.
We operate random drug and alcohol screening to ensure the safe operation of our business activities.
