The Role

A new role has emerged for a Warehouse Manager of our Addlestone site. You will fully manage the warehouse operations, ensuring day to day processes are maintained, working with the warehouse operatives and asset recycling assistant to implement new processes where appropriate to drive efficiency.  

Reporting into the Operations Director, you will have responsibility for Stock Management, Asset Recycling Management, Process Management and Team Management. 

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the receiving, warehousing, and dispatch of stock via courier or our Deployment Manager/Engineers
  • Managing the asset recycling process as per company procedures 
  • Performing general maintenance of the machinery used in the warehouse and ensuring efficient space utilisation
  • People management including regular 121’s, managing professional development plans and annual appraisals


Requirements 

  • Previous experience in warehouse & inventory management
  • Excellent organisation and people management skills
  • Ability to address unexpected challenges quickly and effectively
  • Acute attention to detail when following company and health & safety procedures
  • The ability to drive and improve efficiency 
  • Proficiency in achieving service level agreements
  • Strong communication / interpersonal skills and professionalism are key
  • Confident in using the MS Office package (Word/Excel) and adaptable to business systems
  • Confident in goods & machine handling (full training will be given for electric pallet stacker operation)
  • This is a fast-paced job that will require a degree of flexibility to support other teams and departments, and a can-do attitude that motivates a team
  • This role will be based at our warehouse in Addlestone
  • Full UK driving license is preferred


The role is 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday 

The Package

  • c£33,000 - £38,000 Basic (depending on experience)
