Your Mission πŸ’ͺ


To support the development of the Service Delivery and Warehouse teams within the Logistics department, ensuring they meet the ever-growing and evolving needs of the business. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the entire warehouse department. In the Warehouse Manager’s absence, you will take the lead and make well-informed decisions.


What you’ll be doing 🎯



  • Manage accurate receipt and dispatch of all products, ensuring correct quantity, quality, and part numbers

  • Track product Lifecycle inventory, monitoring stock movements in and out of the warehouse

  • Support customer stock intake, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deadlines

  • Pick and pack orders for dispatch

  • Conduct rolling stock takes for inventory checks

  • Maintain clear product identification and proper storage for customer-specific locations

  • Store products securely to prevent damage and meet insurance requirements

  • Adhere to safe manual handling and product movement processes

  • Follow legal guidelines for storage and shipping procedures

  • Investigate and escalate any queries on received goods as needed

  • Support inspection, testing, and cleaning of returned equipment, reporting faults

  • Safely load and unload vehicles using appropriate handling equipment

  • Maximise warehouse space for efficiency

  • Coordinate with couriers to secure optimal service and update online tracking portals

  • Contribute to daily and weekly warehouse targets across all areas

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and secure warehouse environment per 5S standards

  • Follow all Health & Safety and Fire regulations, especially for manual handling and equipment use

  • Adhere to forklift operation rules

  • Maintain full knowledge of product locations and conditions within the warehouse

  • Perform administrative tasks and additional duties as required to support the team


What experience we think you’ll need πŸš€



  • Good numeracy and IT skills, particularly spreadsheets, and databases

  • Good verbal and excellent written communication skills

  • Effective personal organisation and planning

  • Holder of a full UK driving license (desirable)

  • Holder of a Forklift license (desirable)
