The role:

This is a key role within the warehouse team and will include manual handling activities. Duties will include:

  • Receipt of goods from suppliers and customers
  • Regular stock checking
  • Picking of products
  • Put away deliveries
  • Preparing products for despatch
  • Inventory checks

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Hours are 14:30 to 22:00 with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break per day (and you can leave 30 minutes early on a Friday!)

The requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally hold a current forklift/counterbalance certificate and/or have some previous warehouse experience. A VNA licence would also be advantageous but not essential. You must have the following skills and attributes:

  • Ability to complete heavy lifting and manual handling activities
  • A team player
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
