Description

We are looking for a Deployable Warehouse Multi Operative to join our team at Wincanton, where we provide logistics services for our customer. You will report to our Team Leader and be predominately based on the Chippenham site with requirement to be available to deploy to other Wincanton sites in support of operations at short notice, all travel expenses paid and accommodation provided. Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required. 

Successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain Security Clearance

Day to Day 

  • Carry out operational tasks as requested at short notice with minimal direction to achieve departmental and site objectives 
  • Ensure the correct handling of all client products is carried out at all stages within the facility 
  • General stock checking activities, investigations for quantity and quality 
  • Operate customer & Wincanton IT systems as required
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately
  • Undertake additional duties required for the effective role
  • Support the operational efficiency and general housekeeping and hygiene standards of the warehouse and site
  • Operating in a safe manner, in accordance with training provided 
  • Working alongside Team Members to achieve targets and meet customer expectations

What will you bring?

  • Drivers Licence - Required

  • Ideally experienced and licensed in use of MHE
