Warehouse Operative - Staff Shop

Come and join our friendly team working in our Staff Shop at our Customer Fulfilment Centre for Waitrose, Greenford.

The site is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week warehouse and transport operation.

Working days/hours - 37.5 hours per week:

Pay:

• £12.59 per hour

• Sorting of purged stock


• Stock rotation


• Cleaning


• Completing Compliance check


• Operating till

What will you bring?

While previous experience is a bonus (although not essential), we’re more interested in your can-do attitude, accuracy, efficiency, and above all you take pride in your work and care about Waitrose’s customers and colleagues.

Additionally, we’re looking for people who: 

• Are reliable and punctual


• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions


• Experience working, in retail or similar role is desirable but no required


• Basic numeracy and ability to use a till


• Work independently and as part of a team


• Excellent organizational and time-management skills


• Due to the nature of the role will be standing for long periods of time


• Ability to lift and move heavy stock

• Plus £2.67 per hour night shift premium paid between 22:00 pm - 06:00 am
