Warehouse Supervisor - PM Shift

3.30am to 12am

Monday to Friday

Salary - £34,611.20

We have a brand new position available working as a Warehouse Supervisor, taking a lead role across the supply chain here in Saxham Business Park near Bury St Edmunds.

 

Shift Supervisor - Supply Chain

As our new Supervisor of the supply chain, you will be required to ensure accurate and efficient performance throughout the team, with compliance to both Food Safety and Health & Safety.

You will look to identify areas to improve and to drive changes. You will ensure team balance and be able to mentor and coach individuals and resolve minor behavioural challenges.

 

Key accountabilities:

·        Provide pro-active leadership

·        Meet KPI targets

·        Adhere to the Logistics Plan

·        Reporting of all issues/errors, quickly and efficiently

·        Health & Safety compliance

·        Food Safety compliance

·        People management

 

Skills and experience required to join us as our new Supervisor:

·       Experience as supervisor/team leader

·       You should be able to work as part of a team and inspire your colleagues to get the best from them

·       Having a “can do” attitude is vital and you must be able to work confidently without constant or direct supervision

·       Level 3 Food and Drink Technical Operator Qualification or equivalent experience

·       Demonstrable experience of supervising others in a supply chain environment

·       Intermediate IT skills – Microsoft Office essential

·       WMS (Warehouse Manufacturing System) experience

·       Proven experience of change implementation where manufacturing standards are improved

·       Advanced Food Hygiene Level 3 or equivalent

·       Level 3 HACCP certified and Level 2 Health & Safety

·       Experience of coaching and mentoring a team to deliver results

·       You should excel in a fast-paced environment

·       Good numeric and communication skills
