Warehouse Team Leader
8am - 4.30pm
Monday - Friday
We are now looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at one of our Contract Logistics sites based in Leicester where they will assist our operations team. The role is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing business and sector. The role involves making sure we reach customer expectations by ensuring operational targets are met.
Role Description:
• Effective management of the operational process on shift.
• Managing and maintaining effective resource planning.
• Engaging in continuous improvement activities ensuring input from all levels of the operation.
• Reviewing and analysing operational processes to identify improvements.
• To be the communication line between the site and shift.
• Dealing with employee relations matters by liaising with the HR department.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience within a similar role and industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge and experience of warehouse management systems.
Package Details:
• Salary: £23,000.
• Company Pension Scheme.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm based at our Leicester site.
