Description

We are recruiting a Night Shift Warehouse Team Manager for our multi user warehouse, based out of Rockingham, Corby. Employed on a permanent contract you will be embedded into the team from the very start of this exciting new relationship and be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives to achieve and exceed KPI’s delivering unrivalled service to our customer.

Day to Day  

  • Lead a team of warehouse operatives across various shift patterns  
  • Ensuring teams are working to achieve and where possible exceed KPI’s delivering a high level on time, on cost and in line with customer service expectations  
  • Coaching and mentoring team members where necessary and managing training requirements  
  • Championing health and safety best practice across the site ensuring all teams work in line with processes to keep everyone safe, implementing a safety first culture  
  • Responsible for clearly cascading working procedures and escalating any issues that arise  
  • Manage absence, conduct and performance issues in line with company policies with the support of the people team  
  • Able to identify and implement new initiatives that enhance the operation and that add value to our customer operations  
  • Assist in the recruitment and induction of new colleagues with support of the people teams
