Job Summary:
We are
seeking a talented and motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities: Role Summary What you’ll be doing Supporting the production of machined components from various materials in support of the WMFTS pumps and direct sales to customers globally. You will work in a shift rotation. Shift Patterns are: Earlies - 06:00 - 14.15 Monday to Thursday and 06:00 - 13.00 Friday Lates - 14:00 - 00:00 Monday to Wednesday and 14:00 - 23:30 Thursday
Working
closely as part of the machine shop manufacturing team to produce high quality machined
products which support the assembly and tubing functions.Working alongside the Setter role to enable the production of various sizes, lengths and specification of
machined products to support critical industries including Biopharma, Medical,
Water, food, and special processing industries.
You’ll provide support for various production activities including the end of line processes.
You will embrace Continuous Improvement initiatives throughout the machining value stream, working closely with Team Leaders to develop and implement new ideas.
You will support and drive 5S activities across the machining value stream, ensuring the workspace is efficient and safe.
You will support process improvement investigations including Root Cause analysis and Corrective Actions.
Skills/Experience:

A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment based withing a machine shop.
Machining or engineering background would be an advantage
A keen eye for detail and a willingness to utilise all available resources to drive process improvement.
