Joining the team based at our Coffin Factory, you’ll be responsible for the completion of all cleaning processes within the factory.

This is a part time opportunity, working 2.5 hours per day – Monday to Friday, with a working pattern of 6am-8.30am.

You’ll be working to daily targets and making sure that quality standards are consistently maintained whilst following standard operating procedures.

You’ll make sure that all cleaning equipment is stored correctly, and that all waste is disposed of in accordance with the necessary policies and procedures.

You’ll be working and building effective working relationships with the Production Lead, Delivery Lead and Customer Lead.

As a cooperative team member, you’ll maintain timekeeping and attendance levels in line with Society policies, as well as ensuring a good working relationship with other members of the team. You’ll demonstrate a good attitude towards the society core values and promote safe ways of working.

How will I know if I am right for this role?

We are looking for someone who is flexible in their working time patterns and  adaptable to change.

 

Ideally you will have experience in cleaning, preferably within a factory environment.

 

You’ll take a common-sense approach to your work and be confident in using your initiative when required.

 

You’ll possess good communication skills and be a strong team player.

 

With an attention to providing a high level of service, strong time management skills and an understanding of your working environment, you’ll be joining a warm and welcoming team and helping to make a difference.
