Factory Operative

CNC Recruitment is looking for a temporary Factory Operative to join our client in Ilminster area – a local metal fabrication company [June 2025].

Working hours - Monday to Friday work schedule (8 AM - 5 PM) with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
Pay: £14.00 per hour, weekly pay via CNC Recruitment

Duties:

• Preparation of mild and stainless-steel parts for welding.
• Final finishing of mild and stainless-steel components.
• Assembly and preparation of grills for delivery.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the assembly area.
• General factory upkeep and support.
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using power tools.
