Machine Operator

CNC Recruitment is looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our client’s team on a permanent late shift from Monday to Thursday. This role involves operating machinery efficiently, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Hours: Monday to Thursday (Late Shift)
Hourly Rate: £12.77 + 20% Shift Premium

Duties:

Operate and monitor machinery according to safety and production standards.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.

Ensure products meet quality control specifications.

Follow health & safety procedures at all times.

Maintain accurate records of production and machine performance.

Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work a permanent late shift (Monday to Thursday).

Understanding of workplace safety and machine operation protocols.
