Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor the machine
Ensure all materials meet company quality and production standards
Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
Monitor thread and fabric usage, loading materials as needed
Work collaboratively with the wider production team
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience operating machinery is highly desirable
Good attention to detail and quality awareness
Mechanically minded with the ability to spot and fix minor issues
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
