Job Description

We’re currently looking for Packing Hall Operatives to join the team at our Kettle Foods site – home of the iconic hand-cooked crisps.

This is a key role on our production line, helping ensure every bag of crisps that leaves our site is packed to the highest standard. If you're someone who enjoys being hands-on and working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working as part of a team in our Packing Hall to help get our crisps from production to pallet

• Operating machinery safely and efficiently (training provided)

• Carrying out quality checks to make sure products meet our high standards

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

• Following procedures to keep things running smoothly and consistently

Qualifications

• A good team player with a strong work ethic

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving production environment

• Good attention to detail – especially around quality and safety

• Punctual, reliable, and happy to get stuck in

• Experience in a similar food manufacturing/production role is helpful, but not essential – we’ll provide training
