Warehouse & Logistics Manager – Lead Our Operations to Success. As Warehouse & Logistics Manager at Infinite Group, you'll be central to our operations, ensuring efficient flow of goods for internal and external clients. This critical role requires a proactive leader to inspire their team, maintain safety, and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead stock control, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Organise safe and timely dispatch.
• Maintain equipment safety and inventory accuracy.
• Lead and motivate warehouse operatives.
• Champion Health and Safety across all sites.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport firms.
• Coordinate goods receipt, order assembly, and dispatch.
• Optimise space and equipment, meeting budgetary and environmental targets.
• Uphold company policies.
• Manage automated systems.
• Address customer inquiries.
• Plan for future capacity.
• Recruit, train, and monitor staff.
• Foster teamwork and productivity.
• Produce performance reports and conduct team briefings.
• Monitor service quality.
• Maintain workplace health, safety, and security.
• Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance.
