JOB- Warehouse Manager
LOCATION- Hinckley
TERM- Permanent
SALARY- £35,000 to £40,000 per annum

Premier Engineering is on the search for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our client’s team in Hinckley.

The Warehouse Manager will ideally have the following attributes:

• Proven experience in warehouse management - minimum of 2 years managerial experience


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities


• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control


• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines


• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

The Warehouse Manager role will involve:

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods


• Managing and leading a team of warehouse staff


• Ensuring inventory accuracy and implementing control measures


• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries


• Maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment


• Developing and implementing warehouse policies and procedures


• Monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement


• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations
