Classeq are an independent manufacturing company with the headquarters in Stafford and are part of a global, family-owned business. In 2017, we moved to our new production facility close to Stafford Town Centre (Beacon Business Park).
Classeq’s core business is the manufacture and distribution of glass and dishwashers for pubs, clubs, hotels and the general hospitality industry. In addition to the manufactured products, we sell supporting products and services such accessories, service contracts and spare parts.
Our ethos of “Warewashing Made Simple” applies across the business from initial customer interactions, through all processes within the company, to servicing of machines in the field.
Due to continued success and expansion of our product range we are now looking to recruit additional Assembly Line Operatives.

Assembly Line Operatives.
Our Production Department is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing from sub assembly through to packing. Assembly Operatives are trained in a variety of tasks across the department to meet our customer demand for high quality products. Flexibility and reliability to supply are critical to the department’s role in fulfilling Classeq’s key customer driven delivery objectives.
You must be able to demonstrate dexterity and the ability to work to set target times. Learning various parts of the assembly process to maintain line flow to target times.
Training on specific processes will be provided; however, previous assembly experience would be a distinct advantage. Operatives are expected to learn and become competent on individual stages within a short but achievable time frame before being trained on subsequent activities. Training will be reviewed on a regular basis.
The role requires you to be a strong team player to enhance the smooth and flexible running of our flow process, along with existing team members. Punctuality and an excellent attendance history are essential for all team members.
We are looking for an individual who is willing to be part of our very successful team, willing to work hard and to learn new skills to allow us to meet the increasing demands for our successful products.
This is a full-time position, hours are fixed 07:00 to 15:45 Monday to Friday with a 15-minute break in the morning and 30-minute lunch break. Overtime is often available.

Hours: Full Time – Permanent - 40 hours per week
07:00 to 15:45 Monday to Friday. 15-minute break in the morning and 30-minute lunch break.
We offer a fully equipped kitchen with seating area for break times.
Holiday Entitlement - 25 days per annum plus bank holiday.
Basic Training Rate: £12.50 per hour during training probation (3 months), rising to £12.80 per hour when Competent Operator level achieved after training.
