Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm (4-day working week)

CNC Machinist - Brownhills
Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting for a CNC Machinist to join a modern and well-equipped machining centre in Brownhills. This is a great opportunity to work with vertical machining centres or lathes in a clean, professional manufacturing environment.
Whether you already have extensive CNC machining experience or some experience and are looking to develop your skills through training, this company values reliability, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC vertical machining centres or lathes safely and efficiently
- Load materials and components into machines
- Monitor machining processes and make basic adjustments where required
- Carry out quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Follow production schedules and work instructions
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Previous CNC machining experience is preferred
- Experience operating machining centres, lathes or similar manufacturing equipment would be advantageous
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Willingness to learn and undertake further training where required
- Four-day working week
